My Practice

Go With Qi acupuncture

Acupuncture helps the body restore its natural balance. With fine needles, guasha and acupressure, the energy flow is set back in motion. This relieves complaints, provides more relaxation and restores vitality. In the treatments, not only the complaint is central, but the person as a whole – with room for recovery from within.

About me

Nice to meet you! My name is Sandra, lovely to welcome you here at my practice Go With Qi. From a deep interest in the power of traditional Chinese medicine, I have chosen to guide people towards more balance and well-being. I believe that body and mind are inextricably connected and that true health begins with attention to the whole. In my practice, I take the time to listen and look at what you need. With acupuncture and complementary treatment methods, I stimulate your body's self-healing ability. This way I help you relieve complaints, restore energy and experience more peace and resilience in daily life.

Would you like to experience what acupuncture can do for you? I'd love to hear from you!

Treatments

During the initial consultation, there is room for your story and together we explore what your body needs. For the treatment I use carefully selected needles that activate the meridians. Many people experience the treatment as a moment of deep rest, after which a calm and relaxed feeling often remains in the body.

Hormones & menopause

Support during hormonal changes and menopause symptoms. It helps relieve symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings and sleep problems.

Stress & anxiety

Stress and anxiety disrupt the balance in body and mind. Acupuncture brings peace to the nervous system, helps release tension and restores emotional balance.

Pain & injuries

The balance method is a unique form of acupuncture. Instead of needling in the area where the pain is located, zones are used that are connected via the energetic network to painful spots such as back, neck and shoulders.

Acupuncture for young people

Everyone sometimes doesn't feel quite right – stress for school, poor sleep, headaches or just too much on your mind. Acupuncture can help you feel a bit more rest and energy. It's gentle, natural and often a nice moment to completely relax.

About Acupuncture

What exactly is acupuncture?
